Project Overview
This project was created to inspire students by giving them access to a curated directory of over 1000+ international portfolios. The goal was to simplify the discovery of high-quality personal websites for learning and inspiration. Built using React.js and Next.js, the platform displays portfolios in a searchable, filterable card layout from A to Z, each linking directly to the live websites.
Challenges
Handling and displaying a large dataset in a clean and intuitive way was a key challenge. Implementing an efficient search mechanism, organizing cards alphabetically, and ensuring responsiveness across all devices required thoughtful data structuring and frontend performance optimization.
Results
The final site provides students and learners with a fast, simple way to explore top global portfolios. It’s lightweight, responsive, and built for easy expansion making it a valuable educational resource for those aiming to build standout personal brands.
