A colourful, artistic eCommerce WordPress website showcasing handmade fused glass art and creative workshops in Mullion, Cornwall.

Project Overview

Mullion Glass Studio is the creative home of Zoe, an artisan glass artist offering unique, handcrafted pieces and immersive craft workshops. The goal of the website was to bring her in-person studio experience online, enabling users to explore her art, book workshops, or buy DIY glass kits. Built with Elementor and WooCommerce, the site reflects Zoe's love for colour, creativity, and connection to her local community.

Challenges

Capturing the warmth and personality of Zoe’s studio digitally was a key challenge. The website needed to communicate not just the products, but the joyful, hands on experience of glassmaking. We also had to ensure the online shop was intuitive, while showcasing a variety of unique, one-of-a-kind glass pieces.

Results

The result is a vibrant, fully responsive website with a handcrafted aesthetic. Visitors can learn Zoe’s story, browse and purchase unique fused glass art, or book workshops all from a clean, artistic interface. Elementor made it possible to implement flowing, scroll based animations and design layouts that celebrate the tactile nature of glass art. WooCommerce allows customers to buy both ready made pieces and home kits for remote creativity.
