HRM Dashboard
A comprehensive frontend design for a large scale HRM system featuring 50+ responsive admin and employee dashboard pages.

Project Overview
This HRM (Human Resource Management) system was designed as a robust web application frontend to support advanced employee and administrative functionalities. It includes dashboards, user management, payroll views, attendance systems, leave applications, performance reviews, and more. My role was to build a fully responsive and modular frontend using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP for dynamic variables.
Challenges
Managing over 50 interlinked frontend pages while maintaining consistency, responsiveness, and reusability was a major challenge. The system needed to handle complex UI flows for both admin and employee views, requiring clear structuring and modular code practices.
Results
The final delivery was a responsive and scalable frontend architecture, with dynamic templates and reusable components built in PHP. Each screen was tested for mobile and desktop compatibility. Though backend development is pending, the frontend is ready for seamless integration.
