Project Overview

EG Electrical Services had a major issue where their original site was developed in Divi by a previous developer who scammed them. The Divi site was slow, outdated, and uneditable, making it impossible for the client to manage their content. I was brought in to solve this problem by rebuilding the entire website in Elementor, replicating the existing design but with a modern and functional structure. The rebuild included hover animations, smooth scroll transitions, and multiple inner pages such as services, portfolio, and gallery. The new website reflects the professionalism of EG Electrical Services while being fully responsive and SEO optimized.

Challenges

The biggest challenge was migrating the site from Divi without losing the design integrity while significantly improving speed and editability. Since the Divi version was outdated and bloated, I had to recreate everything in Elementor with lightweight code and animations. The site had multiple service pages and galleries that needed to be rebuilt in a way that was easy for the client to update in the future. Ensuring all animations remained smooth without affecting performance was also critical.

Results

The final result was a fully functional Elementor-based website that looks identical to the old version but performs much better. The new site is easy for the client to manage, update, and expand. Smooth hover and scroll animations bring the design to life while keeping performance optimized. The addition of detailed inner service pages, portfolio, and gallery improves the overall user experience and helps the client better showcase their work. The site is responsive, secure, SEO-friendly, and provides EG Electrical Services with a reliable long-term online presence.
